The offices of the City of Greater Dandenong council had a requirement to replace an ageing building management system (BMS) due to difficulty in accessing and making changes to the 20-year-old HVAC system.
Blue IoT was commissioned to provide a world’s first IoT Virtual Intelligent smart building management and environmental platform, Encompass Blue (EB), which has resulted in a significant reduction in HVAC energy.
