Blue IoT won the Highly Commended Award of Excellence in FM at Global FM Awards 2020 for Encompass Blue, a world-first Smart Cities Platform.
Blue IoT won at the 2020 Global FM Awards for the role of Encompass Blue in managing seven 20-year old HVAC systems at an office building owned by the City of Greater Dandenong, delivering a 47% energy reduction. However, since then, Blue IoT has progressed to delivering energy reductions of up to 70% of total HVAC energy.
