Overall monitoring of all infrastructure within scope to ensure normal operation. When anomalies occur, alerts are provided based on the level of criticality. Complete history is available by self-reporting and comprehensive monthly reporting.

This is most often used for billing of residential or commercial tenancies or for embedded network providers.

Many clients have asset management, work order, FM management and accounting systems in place, but they cannot be interoperable with the installed legacy BMS. EB allows for interoperability between all systems with open APIs, allowing for a two-way automated collaboration and sharing of data.

Micro & Smart Grid Management
Solar panels are becoming increasingly more common, and batteries will follow very soon. EB can manage these systems and how, when and where they should utilize power. When integrated with microgrids or smart grids, EB can further manage these for more sustainable and effective operation.
