The City of Greater Dandenong, a municipality in Melbourne’s south east covering an area of almost 130 square kilometres with over 166,000 residents owns and operates many buildings in the region. Since December 2018, Blue IoT has been a trusted service provider of building and energy management for the CGD through Encompass Blue – an IoT Smart Cities management platform suite. Blue IoT was entrusted by the council for the second time, to provide a total wireless BMS (Building Automation System) solution to one of its larger buildings.
