Waverley Council Prelim
The Waverley Council Library is a 20-year-old facility located in Sydney’s famous Bondi Junction, that provides & supports numerous services, programs and initiatives for elevating the quality of life for the local community. The building comprises multiple offices, a two-floored library spanning 4,000 sqm on each floor, and two underground car park levels of 4,000 sqm each. Its Heating, Ventilation and Cooling System (HVAC) includes one large chiller, 45 variable air volume (VAV) units distributing chilled air, and electric heaters, along with one package HVAC system.
Blue IoT was engaged to support the Council’s corporate energy reduction goals, implementing Encompass Blue to optimise their library HVAC system operation.
